Amazing first consultation! Everyone so welcoming and friendly in an environment that felt safe, clean and well managed. Dr Malcom acted with compassion and integrity while providing me with clear and realistic infomation and expectations. He answered all of my questions in a way that was easy to understand. I particularly valued the strong morals the practice hold, placing patients at the centre of everything they do to ensure safe, suitable and optimal results are acheived. Dr Malcome and the team really made me feel at home amd seen as a person not just another case. Im about to qualify as a nurse myself, and could tell this practice works to high standards and well within their competency while putting patient care at the centre of everything they do. Exceptional from start to finish! The team has absolutely vast experience and expertise, but what really sets them apart is the professional pride and friendliness, the commitment to their trade and their clients. I had half a dozen moles removed from my face, one of which proved tricker than the others and needed a little follow-up, and Malcolm's and Helen's dedicated professionalism and informative and friendly chats about what to expect made me feel completely comfortable with the procedure. The front of house and the rest of the team are also absolutely lovely and you feel welcome and looked after from the moment you step through the doors. Had my free consultation with Dr Malcolm today for a mole removal. He was very friendly and very knowledgable. Unfortunatly, the type of moles i had were not suitable for laser removal (would have left a worse scar). Although naturally dissapointed, Dr malcolm fully explained why this wouldnt be possible, aswell as showing empathy and possitivity towards my disapointment. I may not have had the outcome i wanted to hear, but the honesty, positivity and professionalism were very much appriciated. Would not hesitate in contacting them in the future for any other issues i have. Also have to mention the nurse who handed me a form at the start was very nice and friendly also! ~ David A

I can only talk about my experience on the day of the procedure as it is still quite early regarding my healing process. However, I was looked after so well by both Malcolm and Helen and they both made me feel more relaxed and reduced my nerves to such an extent that whole experience was really quite stress free. They even went the extra mile to alay my fear of injections lol! As for the results of my procedure, it has been 4 days since this took place and I am very confident of a very good outcome which I will share and update. I was very nervous about having a procedure carried out on my face for several reasons, but four days afterwards I just feel that I made the right decision and chose the right people to carry out the treatment, so thank you so much and hopefully I will be able to provide an update in a couple of weeks! Starting from booking the appointment to the end of the procedure I experienced excellent service. They are friendly, professional, and informative. When I first spoke to Sarah about what I needed to achieve she really took time to explain everything A to Z. She is highly professional and knowledgeable. She will advise you on the best option not just for the sake of money but to give her one hundred percent commitment to help you with what needs to be achieved. It was the first time I went through an aesthetic procedure and I was really nervous. But she was so gentle and I'm really happy with the results. This place and the people who work here are amazing. I went for a consultation with them to explore how to reduce the appearance of lots of cysts on my face. They eventually removed these by laser and I am absolutely thrilled with the end result. Their knowledge and expertise about all things skin and all things laser is outstanding. It was such an easy and seamless process from start to finish because of the care and experience of all the people involved - they are fabulous people at this place. As I know nothing about these clinics my first port of call was to look at the customer reviews. I can fully endorse the excellent feedback. The initial phone call very relaxed and friendly with all questions answered without any hint of pressure .Most unusual in today's world ! My initial consultation with Malcholm confirmed my initial impressions ,who spent time going through the procedures involved. I have booked to have the treatment carried out and will certainly recommend that this company to my friends . I came here to start laser hair removal after being highly recommended by a few people. I have never had this done before so was very anxious/nervous. I had a consultation with Jayne and she explained every single detail and answered any of my questions! After having my first treatment the experience was so good and Jayne made the whole experience enjoyable and very relaxing and I’m looking forward to my next session! Thank you! 'Absolutely fantastic' is the way I would describe my experience with The Doctor's Laser Clinic. From my initial phone call to ask about anti- wrinkle injections to having them done this morning, I can honestly say that the service, people, place, knowledge and expertise is outstanding across the board. A very informative consultation, with both the operator of the laser and the Dr that will be in attendance, to help me make the best decision for myself about the 4 fleshy lumps/moles on my face that I feel are unsightly. All my questions were answered fully and to my complete satisfaction. I will be proceeding with the treatment but have decided to slightly scale down the extent of the removal I was considering as I was reminded that no-one looks as closely at my face as I do so what I perceive as a flaw is not really noticable to others at all. ~ karen s

Honestly, you can feel the love and care that is taken in this clinic. Time is given to explain and answer questions during consultation. The warmth and friendliness is extremely natural. They made me feel relaxed during the procedure and the visits feel more like that of a family friend rather than a clinical appointment. I've been coming to the Doctors Laser Clinic for a couple of years now, and the level of service and professionalism is as good today as it's always been. You never feel rushed, the staff are always happy to take the time to listen to you and recommend treatments, and their prices are so competitive still (I don't think they've gone up in the last two years!) Without doubt the best laser clinic you could ever hope to find. They are friendly, professional and honest. I had awful sun-damaged skin on my chest, horrible weeping red sores. I couldn't wear a bra without cotton-wool to ease the pain. They treated my sun-damaged skin to the extent that it is comfortable to wear a bra again, my skin is healthy and no longer fragile. I highly recommend this clinic, no matter what your issue, you will be treated with kindness and compassion. ~ Julie G

The Doctors Laser Clinic is an incredible place, from my 1st initial consultation I was totally put at ease and felt so comfortable. I knew I was in safe hands with Sarah, she explained everything thoroughly and made sure I was ok throughout all of my treatments. My visits to the Clinic always leave me smiling all the way home. Every single person who works there manages to make you feel like a million dollars!! They are so kind and complimentary, such a wonderful group of people who work perfectly as a collaborative team. I recommend Malcolm to anybody who is considering Botox. I had a skin tag on my nose removed December 2017 by Malcolm. The whole service was brilliant! Recently i thought it was returning so i emailed the clinic and Jenny promptly replied. Malcolm was off recovering from a operation but still asked me to send a photo so he could check the same day! As Malcolm thought it didn't look like the previous issue Jenny organised a review appointment as soon as Malcolm returned to work. Jenny messaged me to see if i was happy with the plan in place and reassured me of any concerns. As Malcolm diagnosed rightly it was thankfully just a sore which has since gone. Jenny messaged me checking in on things before i could even tell them which i think is really caring! I just can't fault the clinic or the staff i have had the pleasure of meeting. All very caring, friendly and knowledgable so you really feel you are in the best hands! I don't wish for anything at present but if in the future i do this will be the only place i will use, and even my husband is swayed after the great care i have received. Suddenly having mole type lumps appear across my face I spoke to Malcolm and Helen at the old Surgery Laser Clinic who were lovely and friendly and I consequently booked in for laser treatment removal. This was done without any fuss or pain and drops were administered for a short time by me afterwards. I would recommend this clinic 100% as I had several procedures done in one session, and the whole experience was very good and was reassured all the way through by Malcolm and Helen.
